Always remember that one “bad meal” will not make you fat and one “good meal” will not make you fit.
Train and educate your mind to see the science of it rather than ruining your relationship with food by creating a “phobia” of the “good&bad food” concept.
Food is food, start looking at the content of it and also the benefits of it to your needs.
“Comfort food” has its benefits too in terms of curing your mood and feeling better,stop punishing yourself with boiled and tasteless food and the worrying about the “slip ups”.
Science requires you to eat within a required intake of calories,macros,and micro nutrients;
Get them in check and eat the food that is convenient to you not others.
